Rooms by type
Last 7 days
Past meetings & AI summaries
Each finished room's typed chat can be turned into meeting notes (there's no speech-to-text, so spoken audio isn't captured). Needs an AI provider set up by the owner in Settings.
Developer access
Create rooms from your own app with this key. Keep it secret.
Team
Everyone signed into your organization shares its rooms API usage is still tracked per person.
Invite a teammate
Send them this link (there's no mail server configured, so copy and share it yourself). It works once and expires in 7 days.
Webhooks
Get a POST request when a room is created, someone joins, or a room ends. Each delivery is signed with the webhook's secret (header x-wsmeet-signature, HMAC-SHA256 of the body).
Applications: 3rd-party API access
Each application gets its own API key and its own look. When a room is created with an application's key, anyone who opens that room automatically sees that application's colors, font, and logo — no setup needed on the guest's side.
Settings (owner)
Video service: paste your LiveKit project details. The free LiveKit Cloud plan works. How to get them.
Database (optional)
World Space Meet stores accounts and rooms in a JSON file by default — nothing to configure. If you'd rather point it at your own MySQL database, save the connection here; it's tested live before anything switches over.
Recording
Lets hosts record LiveKit rooms (meeting, interview, webinar, instant). Recordings are composited by LiveKit's Egress service and uploaded straight to an S3-compatible bucket — AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, MinIO, or similar. Point LiveKit's webhook at so finished recordings show up automatically.
AI meeting summaries
There's no speech-to-text here, so this summarizes each room's typed text chat, not spoken audio. Point it at any OpenAI-compatible chat completions API — OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter, a local Ollama server, etc. — and anyone can turn a finished meeting's chat into notes from their room history.
Billing (Stripe)
Lets anyone upgrade themselves from Free to Pro with Stripe Checkout — no card details ever touch this server. Create a secret key and a webhook (pointed at , event checkout.session.completed and customer.subscription.deleted) in your Stripe dashboard first.
Accounts
Video & API providers
Pick which WebRTC backend powers your rooms. You can configure more than one and switch any time — only the active one is used for new sessions.
LiveKit
Open source, self-host it yourself or use LiveKit Cloud's free tier. Paste your project details in Settings. How to get them.
Jitsi Meet
Open source and free — meet.jit.si needs no account or keys at all. Point this at your own self-hosted Jitsi server instead if you have one.
Daily.co
Commercial, with a free tier and paid plans for more concurrent participants and recording. Pricing.
Twilio Video
Commercial, with a free trial. Unlike Jitsi/Daily, Twilio has no prebuilt call screen of its own — World Space Meet draws the video grid itself, the same as it does for LiveKit. Create an API key under Account > API keys & tokens in the Twilio Console.
World Space ID sign-in
Let people sign in with their World Space ID account instead of (or alongside) a password. Setup guide.
Live Monitor
Recent sign-ins and admin actions, most recent first.
Updates & version
Version —
Upload a release .zip (containing public/*.html, server.js, package.json and/or README.md) to update the app without using Hostinger's File Manager. Existing files are backed up first.
Backups & rollback
Every update keeps the files it replaced. Restore one with a click if something goes wrong — restoring itself makes a fresh backup first, so you can always come back.
